Een kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve vergelijking van het Nederlandse en het Duitse verpakkingsafvalbeleid
Dit is de samenvatting van een rapport geschreven in opdracht van de
Stichting Natuur en Milieu door 2e jaars studenten
Mileuwetenschappen aan de Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam,
in het kader van de cursus Milieu & Beleid in 1998.
Het onderzoek duurde een maand en is voornamelijk gedaan
aan de hand van intervieuws, literatuur en informatie van Internet.
Het rapport is een vergelijking tussen twee regelingen betreffende de recycling en
vermindering van de hoeveelheid geproduceerd verpakkingsafval:
het "Grüne Punkt" systeem in Duitsland (Duales System/Verpackungsverordnung)
en het Convenant Verpakkingen in Nederland (Convenant I en Convenant II).

A qualitative and quantitative comparison of the German and Dutch government policies on packaging waste
This is the summary of a report written by students of Environmental Science
at the Free University in Amsterdam, and is the result of one month of
research, using mostly information obtained from interviews, literature and
the Internet.
The report compares two policies, both of which aim to reduce the
amount of packaging material produced and increase recycling of
packaging waste:
the Dual System (Green Dot/Verpackungsverordnung) in Germany,
and the Dutch Packaging Convenant (Convenant I and Convenant II).
